01 About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Rich Energy website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site is operated by Rich Energy Ltd, based in London, United Kingdom, with a North American office in Waterville, Ohio. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms mean Rich Energy.
02 Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes and for legitimate commercial enquiries about our products and partnerships. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, the server it sits on, or any related infrastructure.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious or technologically harmful material.

The Site and all content on it — including the Rich Energy name, logo, stag mark, "the superior formula" tagline, text, photography, graphics, layouts and code — are owned by Rich Energy or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
"Rich Energy" and the Rich Energy stag device are trade marks of Rich Energy. Use of these marks without our written permission is not permitted.
04 Content you submit
If you submit a message, idea, suggestion or other content through the Site (for example via the contact form or newsletter sign-up), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use that content for the purpose of responding to you and operating our business. You confirm that:
- The content is yours to submit and does not breach anyone else's rights.
- The content is not defamatory, unlawful, threatening, obscene or otherwise inappropriate.
- You will not use the contact form to spam or harass us or anyone else.
05 Products, stockists and availability
The Site provides general information about Rich Energy products, the teams and athletes we support, and where the product is sold. We do our best to keep this information accurate and up to date, but:
- Product availability varies by region and outlet, and may change without notice.
- Stockist information is provided for convenience; we don't run those venues and can't guarantee they have stock at any given moment.
- The Site is not an offer to sell product. Purchases are made directly through retailers, wholesalers and online stockists, and are governed by their own terms.
06 Nutrition and consumption
Rich Energy contains caffeine. It is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Consume responsibly and in moderation. The information on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. If you have specific health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
07 Third-party links
The Site may contain links to other websites and resources operated by third parties (including social media platforms, sponsored teams, and online retailers). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms. Visiting them is at your own risk.
08 Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the Site running and its content accurate, we do not warrant that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.
- Any defects will be corrected, or that the Site will be free of viruses.
- The content is accurate, complete or current at any given moment.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed £100, or the equivalent in your local currency.
10 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rich Energy and its officers, employees and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Material changes will be flagged on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12 Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts under your local consumer law.
